Amazing experience
My wife and I were pretty nervous about getting a new roof. You hear all the horror stories. We found Hutcherson construction while doing a search and thank goodness we did. From the beginning Sean made us feel like part of the family. the entire process was seamless. Once the Roofing crew arrived they were extremely professional, polite and hard working. Mr Lopez the crew leader was amazing. He was very patient with all our questions and you could tell how much pride he and his crew took in their work. We couldn’t ask for a better experience and our new roof is beautiful. We highly recommend Hutcherson construction.

Great job on porch rails
I wanted to say what an awesome job was done on my front porch. The rails are beautiful and better than expected Thanks to Matt,Lauren,Troy and his team. From start to finish the process was great. I diffidently will recommend the great team of people. Thanks again
Beautiful deck
We were very pleased with our deck which was replaced with the composite trex decking. The weather was not great during the scheduled days but they worked thru some rainy days and were very thorough and hard working. Thank you so much. Five stars to Hutcherson! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Deck and interior screen porch ceiling
Nothing but great things to say about my Hutcherson experience! And it is an experience bc you work with many diff people through the seamless process. I had an above ground pool removed and deck replaced last year by a different company for, at the time, “good deal”. Less than a year later, I had deck boards popping, screws coming unfastened, stairs that were not build to code – a mess! Separate project, I needed my interior ceiling in screen porch finished. I called Hutcherson for a quote on all of it. I met with John several times to discuss my options. Once we agreed on the project, Lauren was wonderful in getting in touch with me to keep me up to date on timing, material delivery, payment, etc. Just before the project started, Mike and Lauren came out to review the plan with me to make sure we were all on the same page – I knew I was going to be happy. Mike is so, so good! The next day Mike, Kyle, and Heith arrived to my house early (as they did everyday) and finished the job in 5 days. They were professional, skilled, kept things tidy and the job turned out better than I even expected.
Beautiful deck
Sean the sales representative put together a good presentation with cost options and color choices. The construction team was friendly and answered all our questions and took care of our concerns. Incredible work!
We are so glad we hired Hutcherson to install new vinyl siding on our 100-year-old craftsman home. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Seth, Cody, and Herb were very professional and hard working. Our home has no straight lines and lots of details, and these guys handled everything perfectly. When they ran into an unexpected problem, they discussed options with us and even called in a second opinion. Lauren in the office was very attentive and checked in with us often. Our house looks beautiful, and we are very happy with the result!

We Love Our Deck!
I am so glad that we chose Hutcherson Construction to complete our deck construction project. Our finished deck is beautiful and a fantastic addition to our home. Justin and Curtis did a great job building it, and I was even more impressed with their professionalism. They arrived at our house early every day and they were so friendly to my kids, and always willing to answer questions. They were careful to clean up after themselves as they worked and when the project was completed. Tim and Lauren were helpful in communicating what would be happening, and Tim even helped us with another project at the last minute so we could keep our renovations on schedule. I can not recommend this team highly enough! Thank you for a beautiful deck!
Great New Deck
We had an old deck that needed to be replace. John and Tim worked with us on a new deck design and showed all the options. Lauren handled the business side. Great design and great process. The usual hard part of picking out colors, railing types etc.. was made easy with clear choices and costs associated with each. I was shocked when they told me how quick it could be done. The team of Mike, Heith and Drew did outstanding work. The end product is amazing. Well build and looks outstanding. The team was collaborative throughout and we were able to adjust as we moved along. Team also communicated clearly throughout on when to expect materials, start times, how it was progressing and so on. Overall excellent process and outcome.
