Respectful and reasonable
We initially only wanted our house siding replaced, but after working with Bryan we asked if they could also replace our soffits, breezeway, and 2 picture windows. We have a large house so yes it’s expensive, but we aren’t being gouged on either materials or labor; the price is completely fair. I’ve done home repairs but my husband hasn’t, and Bryan was able to communicate with both of us without much difficulty. Also, for women trying to work with any type of contractor, I never once felt dismissed or talked over. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the job they did for us. Seth Jacob, Austin, Colin, Trystan, Izzy and Cliff did our new siding and new front porch. They finished on time and our house looks great!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and results, the whole project was handled with professionalism from my initial consultation with Ashlyn to the the oversight and drawings with Will and the field managing of Colin. The real stars were the siders Josh and Destyn who executed a difficult job with skill and an eye for detail that above and beyond. The porch builder who I wasn’t able to meet but did a fantastic job also and I give him a shout out as well. This wasn’t an easy job but they did it got it done with good communication and patience and flexibility when I wavered on choices and timelines. I wouldn’t hesitate to hesitate to recommend Hutcherson Construction.

Awesome organization with great people! We worked with Sean, who was fantastic in guiding us through the process and taking care of everything along the way. We contracted Hutcherson Construction for our deck replacement. The TimberTech product that they use looks great. We would especially like to thank the installers, Justin and Matthew, for the great job that they did. They were meticulous and made sure that everything was done just right and to our satisfaction.

I chose Hutcherson to do a complete remodel of my home’s exterior (roof, soffit, siding, pillars) and I couldn’t be happier. Seth led the crew and was a great communicator and hard worker. The entire crew (Seth, Joel, Sean, Austin, and others) took pride in their work and did a great job. Lauren managed things from the office and communicated promptly via texts and calls. They finished on time and the budget did not fluctuate from start to finish.

Everyone from the initial call to the job review and quote were very friendly. They made me feel at ease with the whole process and timeline. The crew that came out were very prompt and friendly. Joel and Brian did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very mindful of cleanup at the end of each day. Job Well Done
