Will did a fabulous job with the sizing and estimates and Lauren very professionally kept us informed of schedule. We requested a quote for a deck replacement. Very impressed with this company! No high pressure sales which we also liked. Quick response and great follow through! Bryan was very knowledgeable and really listened to our wants and needs! He also provided options to consider to help with overall cost of project. Really enjoyed our time with him and are looking forward to seeing our new deck soon!!
Respectful and reasonable
We initially only wanted our house siding replaced, but after working with Bryan we asked if they could also replace our soffits, breezeway, and 2 picture windows. We have a large house so yes it’s expensive, but we aren’t being gouged on either materials or labor; the price is completely fair. I’ve done home repairs but my husband hasn’t, and Bryan was able to communicate with both of us without much difficulty. Also, for women trying to work with any type of contractor, I never once felt dismissed or talked over. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and results, the whole project was handled with professionalism from my initial consultation with Ashlyn to the the oversight and drawings with Will and the field managing of Colin. The real stars were the siders Josh and Destyn who executed a difficult job with skill and an eye for detail that above and beyond. The porch builder who I wasn’t able to meet but did a fantastic job also and I give him a shout out as well. This wasn’t an easy job but they did it got it done with good communication and patience and flexibility when I wavered on choices and timelines. I wouldn’t hesitate to hesitate to recommend Hutcherson Construction.

We contracted Hutcherson Construction for our deck replacement. The TimberTech product that they use looks great.
