Love our new deck!!
We requested four quotes last summer for work that was needed on our 30-year-old deck. Hutcherson was the only one that showed us exactly what the problems were, informed us of codes that weren't met, and explained why it was necessary to totally replace the deck, rather than just replace the boards and stairs, to have a structurally sound deck that wouldn't have problems that needed to be addressed again in a couple years. They presented options when it was over our budget because it was a total takedown and rebuild. Mike and his crew that did the actual work were outstanding. Their attention to detail was above and beyond. Everything was picked up and out of the way when they left each night. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful final product! We would definitely use Hutcherson Construction again if we have any construction need, and would highly recommend them to others.
Excellent craftsmanship
Cliff and his team of Seth, Ivan and Hayden are craftsmen. The quality of our deck replacement was excellent. They also replaced our siding and did so timely in spite of inclement weather. We are very pleased with their service.

Will did a fabulous job with the sizing and estimates and Lauren very professionally kept us informed of schedule. Quality Materials: The siding looks durable and high-quality, giving my home a fresh, modern appearance. Attention to Detail: Every edge and corner was perfectly aligned, and they ensured proper sealing to prevent future issues. Everyone from the initial call to the job review and quote were very friendly. They made me feel at ease with the whole process and timeline. The crew that came out were very prompt and friendly. Joel and Brian did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very mindful of cleanup at the end of each day. 100 year old porch replacement
I was not excited about losing my old porch for a deck with a roof. The project turned out beautiful. Colin and his team did an amazing job. The job took less time than projected, and it was a big job. It looks absolutely beautiful. Very solid.
Amazing experience
What an amazing experience. From the initial quote process there was great communication, planning and professionalism. The first person I dealt with for the quote was super informative and just his pitch was what sold us and we knew we made the right choice right away. Everything was covered in the initial meeting and went as smooth as possible. Troy and Jon were the two people that did the install and it couldn’t have went better. They were respectful to my property and the neighborhood. Did great clean work and were always great at communication the what and when. I can’t recommend this company more for your decking or roofing needs. A++
Pergola with roof
We couldn't be happier with our vinyl pergola with a polycarbonate roof. Everyone who sees it comments on how great it is. The staff and crew were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
